This Spray Polyurethane Roofing System we applied to three commercial roofing projects in Omaha, Nebraska. These projects included the New Victorian Inn, American Feed Farm, and the Arctic Glacier. They involved assessing and preparing the roof beforehand and measuring and dispensing the spray foam to create a protective barrier. We will talk about these three projects in greater detail below.
New Victorian Inn
Located in Omaha, Nebraska, the roof of the New Victorian Inn had received hail damage. We were called out to do a roof inspection by their insurance company. We determined that the roof was in poor condition with leaking occurring on several sections of the existing roof construction. The commercial building owners were faced with a choice: install a brand-new roofing system or apply a cost-effective spray foam roofing system.
N.E.N.E.S., Inc. Roofing recommended the spray foam roofing system as a cost-effective alternative. We cleaned and prepped the roof area and applied our spray polyurethane foam roofing product. The foam expanded to create a seamless, protective barrier across the roof, sealing all gaps, seams, and potential leak points.
American Feed & Farm Supply
American Feed & Farm Supply, Inc. is a wholesaler of farm supplies and animal feed located in Omaha, NE. During our evaluation of this roof, we determined that it was in fair to good condition. We applied a commercial roofing product with an elastomeric, acrylic, and a monolithic roof coating, combined with a BASF spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system. The result was a completely waterproof substrate with enhanced insulation properties.
Arctic Glacier
Arctic Glacier, located in Omaha, NE, is one of America's largest manufacturers and distributors of packaged ice and ice equipment. A comprehensive inspection was completed on the Arctic Glacier facility's roofing system. A careful visual examination provided evidence that the roof was in poor condition, with leaking on many sections of the existing roof construction.
We applied both roof coatings and a BASF spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system designed for roofing applications. This combination provided superior waterproofing and insulation for their facility.
