The Larry Behnke Roof project is located in Norfolk, Nebraska. This was a metal roof restoration system. We power washed and applied primer. This roof was not very rusty. We sprayed all the seams with a base coat system. We sprayed the entire roof with a topcoat roofing system.
We recommend a Commercial Roofing inspection annually for Roof Coatings systems. The cost for regular maintenance is far less than the cost of a full commercial roof replacement.
