Orthman Manufacturing hired us as roofing contractors that provide maintenance to complete several roofing projects in Lexington, Nebraska. They asked us about our roof maintenance plans to help protect their metal roof over the years.
We began this project with a complete metal roof restoration and provided maintenance each year.
The Metal Roof Restoration process starts with power washing the entire metal roof to remove any rust. We applied a base coat of metal roof coating primer to the roof panel seams. We completed the metal roof restoration with a top coat roof coating system.
We will continue to maintain this facility for years to come to ensure the maximum life of their metal roof.
We recommend a Commercial Roofing inspection annually for Roof Coatings systems. The cost for regular maintenance is far less than the cost of a full commercial roof replacement.
