Roofing Materials

Both TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) are single-ply membrane roofing systems. TPO is generally more cost-effective and offers good UV resistance. PVC is highly durable, chemical-resistant, and ideal for restaurants or buildings with rooftop grease exhaust. Both are excellent choices for flat commercial roofs.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane. It's known for its longevity, flexibility, and resistance to UV radiation and weathering. EPDM is an excellent choice for many commercial buildings, especially in climates with temperature extremes.

Spray Foam Roofing

Spray Foam roofing systems are cost effective, low maintenance, and light weight by design. Spray Foam roofing is long lasting, has a great insulation value, and when paired with a roof coating system is very durable, seam-free and acts as a shield against the elements. Spray Foam is superior to any other commercial roofing product. Spray Foam can be installed over existing roofs because it is a light weight system it does not exceed the structural load capacity.

Spray Polyurethane Foam requires a clean roof surface for proper application. Your roof must be dry, free of contaminants like oil, and properly fastened to the substrate in accordance with proper building codes.

Spray Polyurethane Foam reduces your overall energy use. Spray Foam has a high R-value per inch. Spray foam eliminates air infiltration by providing a continuous air barrier. As much as 40% of a building's energy is lost due to air infiltration. Spray foam eliminates gaps, holes and air leaks. Spray foam prevents moisture infiltration. Spray foam minimizes dew point problems and condensation. Spray foam resists heat movement in all directions. Spray foam insulation can help reduce the workload on your HVAC system and help lower your heating and cooling bills.
