Orphan Grain Train

We applied a commercial roofing product with an elastomeric, acrylic, and a monolithic roof coating, in a bright white finish, to completely waterproof the substrate on this building with a Metal Roof in fair condition. A continuous and seamless monolithic membrane enveloped the commercial building's roof.

The Orphan Grain Train, located in Norfolk, Nebraska, was a complete metal roofing restoration project.

We started by power washing the roof to clean it up. We applied a base coat roofing system over the roofing panel seams. We had to do an additional roof restoration process on this project. We installed a new roof coating liner within the multi-gutter system between the two different roofs on this storage building. The last step was to apply a final spray of roof coating topcoat over the entire roof.
