APW Wyott, Inc. contracted NENES, Inc. to repair and restore their large metal roof. APW Wyott, a manufacturing company, located in Cheyenne, WY, is no longer in operation.
Any metal roof restoration starts with power washing the metal roof and removing all rust. Next, we apply roofing primer to all the roof panels and seams. This process is known as adding a "base coat." If the rust is really bad, like on this roofing job, we will replace some of the roof panels to help repair the metal roof and bring it back to a structurally sound roof.
Next, we apply a "topcoat" and spray the entire roof with our roofing coating, making this a complete metal roof coating system.
We saved them so much money on the roof restoration instead of replacing the roof; they asked to join our roof maintenance program.
